Twenty years ago BaySail was formed and the schooner Appledore IV became a fixture along the shore of the Saginaw River in downtown Bay City. Since then, it’s impossible to look anywhere and not see a representation of Bay City’s rich boatbuilding past. The Appledore has become symbolic within our city and our region. Join us this August to celebrate our many achievements over the last two decades and discover where we’re headed in the years to come.
